About Us
We offer different programs, which combine kickboxing, self defense, Plyo class , yoga, kettlebell, BarreEx, kickboxing dance, and Jiu jitsu. We also provide special seminars like self defense, yoga clinic, kickboxing clinic, nutrition, and healthy cooking. There is music, laughing, bonding, and of course a whole lot of sweating! All sessions are 30 minutes long and 1 hour long combo classes. We offer different types of classes daily which are designed to target different objectives and deliver your desired results. Get ready for a Fitness Coach that understands your fitness journey keeping you on track to reach your goals! We will establish your goals and customize your personal game plan that will deliver the results you need in a safe and healthy manner. We have helped hundreds of people just like you reach their fitness goals and we can help you. We have a community support group dedicated to our members to support each other and help transform their lives and bodies through group activities and special events at Plyo Kickboxing Plus.
